Through deep integration of cross-domain technologies, the two parties will establish a complete closed loop of “Perception – Understanding – Prediction – Action,” accelerating the leap of embodied intelligence from point capabilities to general capabilities, driving its scaled deployment in home, service, and other scenarios, and jointly leading the development of next-generation Physical AI.
This strategic partnership will unfold across three dimensions: technology integration, scenario deployment, and data collaboration:
On the technology integration front, leveraging ShengShu Technology’s accumulated expertise in multimodal large models and world models, along with SimpleAI’s capabilities in embodied intelligence model algorithms, scenario data, and robot software-hardware systems, the two parties will jointly advance key technological breakthroughs including model architecture optimization, multimodal data fusion, and edge-side deployment and inference efficiency.
On the scenario deployment front, leveraging SimpleAI’s engineering experience and deployment capabilities in commercial services and home scenarios, the two parties will collaboratively advance edge-side model deployment and hardware adaptation, accelerating scaled applications and industrialization.
